Dermatology & Laser Center NW accepts most major medical insurance carriers and is contracted with the plans listed. We will verify your insurance eligibilty before you are seen. Copays or Coinsurance must be paid at the time of visit. We reserve the right to change or adjust information on this page as insurance carriers and status can change. Patients should confirm coverage with their insurance carrier.
Cosmetic & Esthetician Services
Cosmetic & Esthetician services are not covered by insurance and are considered an out-of-pocket expense. A consultation with one of our providers is usually required before services are rendered. A pricing estimate will be provided to you during your consultation. All payments must be paid at the time of your visit. We accept most major debit and credit cards, cash, and check. Care Credit financing is also available for those who qualify.
